Aubergine in the ACT is Canberra's only 2 chef hat restaurant. With consistent high quality food standards and delicious meals, this restaurant is a must-try! Owner and chef, Ben Willis, has travelled the world to come with the most artistic dishes and constantly changes the menu to include unique and creative flavours.
